...Know, Grow, Go, Show, Sow
We believe the Bible calls every believer to serve in ministry. So, while we have a handful of paid leaders on our staff, the majority of what we do is run by many, many volunteers. Some key leaders are noted here.
David Weyrick has been Pastor of the church since 1992, leads the staff, and serves with the church's Elders to provide vision and direction for the congregation. Each week he researches ancient texts and cultures to discover their meaning and application for today and communicates his findings to the congregation. Some call that preaching, he calls that understanding God’s Word and learning more about following Christ.

He attended Ashland Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry with concentration in biblical languages and also holds a Ph.D. in theological education.
David is married to Beth who is a social worker and they have two grown children. He is active in Scouting and has completed several books (available at the Amazon.com e-book store) on the history of Scouting in the area.
